All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review. The Technical Committee first screens each paper for scope, guideline compliance, and anonymity; qualifying papers are then reviewed by the Scientific Review Committee on originality, theoretical contribution, methodological rigor, and practical relevance. Around 40–50% of submissions are expected to be accepted.

Acceptance for presentation does not automatically guarantee inclusion in the Atlantis Press proceedings volume. After the conference, selected high-quality papers go through a post-conference editorial review; final selection is made by the Editor-in-Chief and Co-Editors. The proposed publication series is Advances in Intelligent Systems and Research (Atlantis Press), indexed in CNKI, Dimensions, EBSCO, INSPEC, Google Scholar, and more — with selected articles submitted for CPCI (Web of Science) evaluation, subject to acceptance.

Yes. ICGICSF 2026 welcomes online presentations with dedicated registration rates ($150 regular, $120 early-bird). Online presenters receive live access to sessions and a digital certificate.

Authors must confirm their work is original, properly attributes prior scholarship, complies with institutional ethical standards, includes required ethical approval for research involving human participants, and discloses any significant conflicts of interest.

Many nationalities are eligible for visa-free entry or visa-on-arrival in the UAE. Registered attendees who require a visa may request an official letter of invitation from the conference secretariat.
